For Millionaire Minds, Attitude Is Everything!

Attitude Is Everything!

When we cut away all the junk - every situation is a choice

We choose how we react to situations

We choose how people will affect our mood

We choose to be in a good mood or bad mood

It’s our choice how we live our life

I have learned that every day I have the choice
to either enjoy my life or to hate it

The only thing that is truly mine —

That no one can control or take from me —

Is my Attitude

So if I can take care of that,
Everything else in life becomes much easier

I choose an Attitude of Gratitude

The Cycle of Completion: Making Way for Success

by Jack Canfield

Do you live in a state of mental and physical clutter? Do you have a bunch of unfinished business lurking around every corner?

Incomplete projects, unfinished business, and piles of cluttered messes can weigh you down and take away from the energy you have to move forward toward your goals.Cycle of Completion

When you don’t complete tasks, you can’t be fully prepared to move into the present, let alone your new future. When your brain is keeping track of all the unfinished business you still have at hand, you simply can’t be effective in embracing new tasks that are in line with your vision.

Old incompletes can show up in your life in lots of different ways… like not having clarity, procrastination, emotional energy blocks and even illness. Blocked energy is wasted, and a build up of that energy can really leave you stymied!

Throw out all the clutter and feel how much easier it is to think! Make a list of areas in your life (both personal and professional) where you have incompletes and messes, then develop a plan to deal with them once and for all. Fix and organize the things that annoy you. Take your final steps in bringing closure to outstanding projects. Make that difficult phone call. Delegate time-wasting tasks that you’ve let build up.

When you free yourself from the mental burden of incompletes and messes, you’ll be AMAZED at how quickly the things you do want in life arrive.

Another area where you’ll find incompletes in your life is in your emotions. Are you holding on to old hurts, resentments, and pain? Just like the physical clutter and incompletes, your energy is being drained by holding on to and reliving past pain and anger.

Remember, you’ll attract whatever feelings you’re experiencing. So, if you’re stuck in revengeful thinking and angered in muck, you can’t possibly be directing energy toward a positive future. You need to let go of the past in order to embrace the future. Letting go involves forgiveness and moving on.

By forgiving you aren’t releasing the other person from their transgression as much as you’re freeing yourself from their transgression. You don’t have to condone their behavior, trust them, or even maintain a relationship with them. However, you DO have to free yourself from the anger, from the pain, and from the resentment once and for all!

When learning to forgive, make sure to complete the cycle. Acknowledge your anger, your pain, and your fear. But also own up to any part you’ve played in allowing it to happen or continue. Make sure to express whatever it was that you wanted from that person, and then see the whole event from the other’s point of view. Allow yourself to wonder what that person was going through and what kind of needs he/she was trying to fulfill at the time.

Finally, let go and move on. Every time you go through this process you’re learning how to avoid letting it happen again!

Reminder…Mastery 201 & Mastery Of Facilitation 301

For the many Robert Tennyson Stevens’ fans in our Millionaire Mind Support Network™, Mastery 201 & Mastery Of Facilitation 301 classes will be available next month in both Dallas and Seattle.

$Account.OrganizationName
Who are you, really? Why are you here?
We invite you to remember…

Struggle is a consciousness. Sickness is a consciousness. Separation is a consciousness. Lack is a consciousness. What would happen if everything I’ve ever desired is already within me? We have the opportunity to speak the truth from our hearts and to give ourselves permission to be already unified, already loved, already one with our creator.

My prayer is to share with people what their language is doing. We have a system of language, thought and communication I call the “Babble Virus,” a language system of confusion: want, need, should do, have to, kinda, maybe, so that, in order to, I think, hopefully, someday…

Many of us have been living with the old paradigm that everything is hard: work, relationships, life…. It is only because that is what we have learned. Now we can learn new options. We can choose to make it easy.

Explore Your Innermost Truth
Imagine taking charge of your life. Discover Conscious Language, and take authority over your reality. Find power in your speech and begin your new life with creativity, and love.

Realize you have the option in any given moment to act with purpose, love and enthusiasm…to manifest your outcomes…to be magnetic to situations and opportunities which serve your mission…to be still and listen to the truth in your heart…to recognize self sabotage and transform your limiting beliefs into powerful, tangible proof that YOU are creating your life!

Join us in Seattle or Dallas for a powerful reminder of who you really are, & what you are truly capabale of…

Mastery 201 & Mastery Of Facilitation 301 will give you the tools to transform your perception of what is possible. Enjoy your new found clarity, understand you have choice in any given situation to repeat past patterns that no longer serve you or achieve glorious success with ease and grace!

For more details about Mastery & Mastery Of Facilitation, click on the following city names for specifics: Seattle, WA, or Dallas, TX

Sincerely,

Robert Tennyson Stevens

Acknowledge and Appreciate Yourself

Millionaire Minds Acknowledge and Celebrate EVERY Success

Regular readers of this blog know that I’m a huge fan of Jack Canfield’s work.  I think Jack’s books, “The The Success Principles” and “The Power of Focus” should be required reading for every business owner and anyone considering starting a business and a must have on every Millionaire Mind bookshelf.

The following article appeared in this week’s Success Strategies, Jack’s weekly newsletter. It addresses questions Millionaire Minds are sure to acknowledge and act upon…

Pop Quiz: When was the last time you acknowledged and appreciated yourself?

by Jack Canfield

That’s right: YOU. Not your spouse, not your children, or not your boss, co-workers or friends. Just YOU!

Seriously, think about it.

And if it’s been so long since you last pat yourself on the back, then I want you to take the time right now to acknowledge and appreciate yourself for everything you’ve accomplished today, throughout the year, and in life. Ask yourself: How many times have you succeeded in the past month? The past year? The past 10 years? Are you able to recall your successes as easily as your failures and missteps?

This is not a selfish and egotistical act in the least. By taking the time to stop and appreciate who you are and what you’ve achieved–and perhaps learned through a few mistakes, stumbles and losses–you actually can enhance everything about you. Self-acknowledgment and -appreciation are what give you the insights and awareness to move forward toward higher goals and accomplishments.

In working with top leaders and thought philosophers of our time, I will tell you that among their secrets of success is a regular practice of acknowledging and appreciating what they have. It can offer an oracle into the future because it not only tells you where you are but it also helps clarify where you want to go in life. Whatever that might be. The road then becomes easier to navigate–easier to see from the distance and walk confidently step by step.

Don’t forget to think about big and little accomplishments. Many people under-appreciate the minor things they do successfully every day . And yet they can recall in detail all the times they have failed or made mistakes. That’s because the brain remembers events more easily when they are accompanied by strong emotions.

For example, you might vividly recall a graduation, losing 10 pounds, having a child, winning an award, or landing a highly sought after position. But see if you can identify just as many minor, more subtle successes, such as your intimate conversation with your spouse last night, the re-connection you established with an estranged friend last month, the quality time you were able to spend with your children today, how you checked off all your list of To Dos for the weekend, how you learned a new task at work, or got your kid to school on time.

These may seem like minor acts in the grand scheme of life, but they are what make us feel whole, happy, and accomplished along the journey toward those larger, and much more deeply satisfying moments.

Acknowledging your mistakes also has it pluses, but we often don’t have trouble recalling or mulling over those. The point is, if you don’t acknowledge your successes the same way you acknowledge your mistakes, you’re sure to have a memory full of blunders. And a mind stuffed with negative chatter about the gaffes of life won’t fuel your energy, nor your confidence, creativity, and motivation to keep going.

Consider this, too: if you only remember the mistakes and failures, you won’t be as ready to take risks that will lead to your successes. Build your self-esteem by recalling all the ways you have succeeded and your brain will be filled with images of you making your achievements happen again and again.

Give yourself permission to toot your own horn and don’t wait for anyone to praise you. Here are two suggestions:

1.)Record Your Personal History. Take time to write your achievements down. Start when you were very young and think of all your achievements since then. Don’t just pick the major milestones; write down all the things you take for granted. For example, if you list your college degree, write your appreciation for having the opportunity to go to college and forge friendships that will last a lifetime.

You can also create a log of success every day and review it when you are faced with a new challenge. By writing it all down daily, you’re securing it in your long-term memory and it will become a part of what makes you tick. It can even become a source of positive reminders and affirmations for when you’re feeling down, as well as a personal record of you that becomes your legacy.

2.) Celebrate Yourself with Mementos. Surround yourself with reminders of your successes. Put up pictures, articles, trophies, awards and other pieces that bring your attention to your success. Make your environment speak to you about your achievements. Be proud of them!

By the way, showing appreciation for yourself and accomplishments has many rewards that go far beyond boosting your own self-confidence.

Appreciating yourself is creates a cascading affect–your heightened confidence will spill over into other aspects of your life. Watch what happens when you gain that special trust in yourself. You’ll attract opportunities, experience more fulfilling relationships, and have no trouble reaching loftier goals.

Remember, people like to be around those who have a healthy self-esteem and who are achieving their goals. Commit to acknowledging your achievements and your brain will begin to tell you the truth: that you can do anything!

What Do You Believe?

“Beliefs are the determinants of what one experiences. There are no external ’causes.’”

— David Hawkins: Internationally renowned psychiatrist, physician, researcher

Your wants, your needs and your desires shape the world around you. Your experiences and your choices shape your outcome. But it’s your beliefs — your unwavering commitment to your ideals — that shape who you are.

Many Millionaire Mind Intensive Grads are familiar with Dr. David Hawkins earlier works:
Power Versus Force: An Anatomy of Consciousness: the Hidden Determinants of Human Behavior; The Eye of the I: From Which Nothing Is Hidden; Reality and Subjectivity; Transcending the Levels of Consciousness; and Truth Vs. Falsehood: How to Tell the Difference

I’ve just listened to the Nightingale-Conant audio edition of In The World, But Not Of It: Experience a new way of being in the world!

Hawkins’ new work addresses the challenge of walking the awakened path in our technologically-centered culture.  This is a great guide for those graduates who came away from any of the Peak Potentials training experiences knowing that Millionaire Minds take full responsibility for every aspect of our lives and to move past our personal comfort zones we must make a commitment to live intentionally.

Dr. Hawkins provides example after example of practical things you can do in a variety of everyday situations to reach personal goals in conscious integrity.

Points covered by Dr. Hawkins’ In The World, But Not Of It

  • Why being accountable for your choices and actions is central to your spiritual evolution
  • How to make sure that you’re not fooling yourself about the responsibility (or lack thereof) that you take for your life
  • How you should deal with people who are not very conscious
  • What things you should embrace and what you should avoid in our technologically advanced world
  • How to avoid getting overly stressed by change

Dr. Hawkins has one objective: to save you as much suffering as possible by giving you practical tools and suggestions that lead to immense spiritual growth and the joy that comes with it.

Millionaire Minds will always earn more, because we are willing to learn more.

Millionaire Minds Never Play The Blame Game

T. Harv Eker often relates that after he sold his first successful business he took a sabbatical. During that time he studied the works of all the great business, wealth and spiritual life coaches. He wanted to learn all he could about building and sustaining a truly abundant life

In Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, Eker summarized what he learned under the headings of “Wealth Files” and Wealth Principles”

Taking complete responsibility for every circumstance in our lives as we experience it today, in our past, and the future is foundational to building the millionaire mind. We each create our lives, though our thoughts words and deeds. Each of us is the Captain of our individual ships of destiny. We can set a course and take the responsibility of getting there; or we can just drift where every the winds of fate take us and hope we make it safely to the distant shore of the future.

Wealth File # 1

“Rich people believe “I create my life.
Poor People believe “Life happens to me.”

— Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, Pg 54

Doug Nelson, Millionaire Mind Trainer, extraordinaire, distills the process of personal responsibility down to its essence.

“The truth will set you free, but first, it will really piss you off!
You can have REASONS or you can have RESULTS — pick one.”

After my last Millionaire Mind Intensive, I challenged myself not to give a reason, just report the result, even if the result was negative. The exercise was my own version of the military’s, “Sir. No excuse Sir!

Wealth Principle:

When you are complaining you become a living breathing “crap magnet”

Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, Pg 58

It was shocking how often I stopped myself in mid-sentence. Making and keeping a solid promise of “NO COMPLAINING — NO BLAMING” is changing how I think and speak. It is also changing how I listen to others.

“You must take personal responsibility. You cannot change
the circumstances, the seasons, or the wind, but you can
change yourself. That is something you have charge of.”

Jim Rohn: Motivational speaker, author, and entrepreneur

Millionaire Minds put an end to the “blame game” and take responsibility for every aspect of our lives.

Millionaire Minds Banish Doubt

“Ability is what you’re capable of doing.
Motivation determines what you do.
Attitude determines how well you do it.”

— Lou Holtz: Former football coach, author, motivational speaker

One of my favorite “Go-To” books is, Don’t Worry, Make Money, by Richard Carlson. It is a compilation of short essays about the habits, and attitudes that make up an abundant life. His essay about banishing doubt is one of my favorites.

During a Millionaire Mind Intensive experience, with hundreds of like-minded participants and inspiring trainers around you, it is easy to feel like you can successfully breakout of the past patterns. As we get back into our daily lives, we learn that success is a process not an event. We remember T. Harv’s warnings about our ego’s mind chatter; “This can’t work for you. You can’t do that. You don’t have the experience to do ‘WHATEVER’ successfully. What will people say if you go for your dream? Sales, forget about it!” We bravely tell our mind “Thank you for sharing, your input is not needed” and forge ahead.

Banishing ego-driven doubt is one of the millionaire mind challenges each of us must master.

For those who do not doubt themselves can accomplish anything. How much energy do we expend daily, just in moments of doubt?

During the course of our day, we doubt our ability the write well, speak to a group, come up with the next big idea, or solution to a nagging problem, we doubt our ability to market a product or service that is our passion, or negotiate with a difficult person. We question our self worth, how much we deserve to be paid, or how valuable or talented we are. We doubt our ability to over come rejection, start over or confront a vexing challenge.

T. Harv Eker speaks of taming the ‘cobra of fear’.

EVERYONE experiences fear or doubt — even Trump and Branson have moments when they look in the mirror and ask, “What the heck was I thinking?” The real differentiator between outrageous success and quiet regret is facing the doubt and fear and doing it anyway.

Millionaire minds start the process of success by trusting in ourselves, building an inner knowing, an awareness that you have everything it takes to be a success and make your dreams come true. The only true obstacle lies within the doubt itself — and all doubt lies within our own thoughts. Millionaire Minds can reprogram our thoughts.

“All doubt is a waste of energy and interferes with our natural ability to create the abundance and wealth that is our birthright. Whatever doubts are lingering in your mind, let them go. It’s far easier than you think, and will produce great rewards.”

— Richard Carlson, Don’t Worry, Make Money

Motivational Quote of The Week

“Ask yourself what you would do even if you were never
paid. That’s a clue to what you should be doing and, of
course, still be finding a way to be paid for it.
You can attract more money from love.”

Joe Vitale: writer and management consultant

On average, you’ll spend about 10 years of your life at work. If you drag yourself out of bed each weekday morning, dread your ride in to work, then count the hours until you can leave, you’ve just lost 10 or more years of your life.

Yet, if you hop out of bed each weekday morning, anticipate getting to work and relish every minute until you go home — well, you’re no longer working. You’re doing what you love, living life the way you want — and getting paid to do so.

Millionaire Minds find their passion and through its expression, enjoy unlimited success.

Practices to change our Money Blueprint

How to REFLECT, RELEASE, AND REPLACE ideas based on Ellie Drake’s ‘Art of Attracting’

Our Mastermind group is currently ‘looking at’ the issue of counter-intention and how it relates to the Law of Attraction. Reflecting, releasing and replacing limiting beliefs is an integral aspect changing our money blueprint. The following is a series of exercises our grouo has found to be helpful.

Identify limiting belief

Release it – de-construct an old bridge

Replace it with a new belief – build a new bridge

REFLECT on what you are feeling

First embrace it. If you resist the feeling you are actually going deeper into the feeling and giving it more creative energy. Just embrace it by allows yourself to feel it – and be – without guilt

It is okay to feel like this and I am feeling like this now and I can reflect on it, release it, and replace it with a new feeling

In this way you are not fighting it and it does not become bigger than you. If I resist you I am going to help you build a stronger muscle. So you don’t want to push or resist it, embracing is powerful in this way. It takes trusting and letting go in that moment yet it is much more powerful than resisting.

Now that you have embraced you can start REFLECTING is to make one statement with a period at the end. “I am feeling this way because <whatever it is> PERIOD.” Say the word ‘Period’ emphatically.

The most important part of this section is that you want to allow yourself to answer yourself in an intuitive way. So, you can be conscious in that moment. If the words coming to you or the energy of the words coming to you in that statement is coming from your head your brain down through your face and out of your mouth, that is an analytical answer it is not going to count. Allow yourself to follow through on the breath that you have just taken and have the energy of the word come from your belly all the way up into your throat and into your mouth. That answer will be the correct reason why you are feeling the way you are feeling. That is the intuitive answer. So know you have the correct intuitive statement:

“I am feeling this way because <intuitive answer> PERIOD.”

Now you will say that intuitive statement then at the end say ‘Why?’. “I am feeling this way because <intuitive answer> PERIOD…<pause> Why?” The answer comes from your belly into your chest and out of your throat and mouth. You are breathing consciously this whole time.

You will ask again “Why?” The answer comes from your belly the fifth time, a last time and usually the last ‘Why’ has nothing to do with the beginning question because it was a pattern, a pattern that was re-excited and has nothing to do with your experience in this moment it has something to do with some old belief that you were still holding on to because you were not conscious.

RELEASE

How do you release. Take a deep prana yoga breath allowing yourself to get into the peace of your intuition and as you exhale this breath you will say “I am releasing this energy of <whatever you had identified in the last why from reflecting> resentment”. Take another deep breath lovingly and say I am releasing this energy of <same>… This exercise allows the subconscious mind to start loosing this energy pattern that you have been holding on to for so many years. Are you consciously going to feel ‘Wow’ it’s released and its gone? Not really, all those deep patterns are in the subconscious and since they are subconscious they are going to be subconsciously released. Continued trust in yourself will allow you to continue. Just let it go. It is done and you will do this every time anything like this comes up. It is an ongoing work of refining yourself. Don’t analyze this, just allow it to occur and move on. Do three breathe like this. If you are trusting you are releasing if you are testing you are getting deeper into that energy pattern.

REPLACE

This time take a deep breath in – take the energy of what you want in side of you. Take a deep breath and say ‘I am know replacing this energy with the energy of joy or acceptance’. In that moment you are raising your vibration. In that moment you are creating a new experience. In that moment your mind is experiencing a new experience. In that moment your brain is recording a new pattern and you can do this by trusting the process, being in the moment, and taking just a couple of minutes to nurture and give to yourself.

Example:

RELFECT

“I am feeling frustrated and depressed.”

“It is okay to feel frustrated and depressed and that is how I feel in this moment.”

“I am going to take a moment to reflect on this feeling, release it, and replace it with a new feeling.”

Yawn and then ‘sigh’, ‘ahhhhhhh’.

Take a deep prana yoga breath

“Why I am feeling frustrated and depressed?”

Feel the intuitive answer

“I am feeling frustrated and depressed because I have a problem with money PERIOD”

“Why?”

Feel the intuitive answer

“I am feeling frustrated and depressed because I feel like everyone around me has money and I’m the only one that doesn’t PERIOD”

“Why”

Feel the intuitive answer

“I am feeling frustrated and depressed because I feel like there is a glass wall between me and money”

“Why”

Feel the intuitive answer

“I am feeling frustrated and depressed because I feel like time is slipping away and I will never do, be, or have the things I desire”

“Why”

Feel the intuitive answer

“I am feeling frustrated and depressed because I’m lonely and separated, I’m afraid”— FEAR

Wait for intuitive answer

“Why”

RELEASE

Deep prana yoga breath in then out – “I am releasing this feeling of fear” - three times.

REPLACE

Deep prana yoga breath in – “I am replacing this feeling of fear with a feeling of joy” - three times. – and rub your heart and your belly in a circle at the same time…sign for IN JOY.

Now state the following:

I used to feel frustrated and depressed about money.

I feel joyful about money now.

I am always in the flow of money.

Money expands in my management.

I always have an abundance of money.

I have so much money I can put some of it away and never use it.

I am a resource of knowledge and opportunity.

I have a major role in global prosperity.

I embody prosperity in my own unique way in my own voice in my own professional manner.

I represent abundance and possibility.

I breathe easily when talking to people about money.

I trust myself therefore others trust me.

I trust myself to take care of all my needs and desires.
