Part 1
Are you unsure about how to write a business plan? Have you never fully understood what a business plan is and/or how important this crucial business document is?
Enroll in this class and learn how to write a business plan and why business owners need to make their business plans a priority.
Attend two 3-hour evening sessions. At the end, you will have a first draft of your Business Plan, your roadmap toward success!

Business Plan Writing Part 2
This second session will help the participant finalize his/her Business Plan. Particular emphasis on the Executive Summary, financial data and the inclusion of supporting documents will be taught, all are key components of a good business roadmap. At class completion, you will have a clear understanding of what a Business Plan is.
You will also know how to incorporate the various essential pieces of putting together a quality document.
