Sandra Chevalier-Batik has gained an international reputation as a trainer and consultant for her expertise in graphic arts management, print production and quality business processes. She has conducted over 300 seminars and workshops and has been a featured speaker at numerous national and international publishing conferences. Sandra has earned a reputation for taking highly complex subjects and presenting them in easily understood modules. Her informal approach helps put attendees at ease and ready to tackle unfamiliar material.

Sandra brings to her training and consulting clients over thirty years of real-world experience. She held print production management positions with two national publications and was a general manager of a mid-sized printing company. In addition to her training and consulting career, in 1986 she co-founded, Serendal Research Institute. Serendal Research Institute specializes in the practical application of science and technology to assist business owners, managers and corporate executives with decision-making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions.

Ms. Chevalier-Batik has enjoyed responsible assignments in program development; project and technical management; research and development; quality system operations; marketing; communications and vendor relations. She served on the founding board, and as President of the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce, and as board member and later as President of the National Business Quality Foundation. The Colorado Small Business Development Office appointed Ms Chevalier-Batik as the Minority and Women’s Small Business Development Circuit Rider. In that position she focused on the needs of emerging and small business needs in the metro Denver area.

For her work in the small business development, Sandra was awarded the SBA Region VIII, M/WBE Procurement Advocate Award, and the SBA Advocate of the Year Award for Women in Business and recognized with the other leaders of the Minority Women’s Chamber Coalition as the 690th Point of Light by President Bush and the Point of Light Foundation.

Her insights and expertise with all levels of business start-up and development, as well as her experience in the public, corporate and small business environments make her uniquely qualified as an author, publisher, consultant, trainer and internet entrepreneur.
