Practices to change our Money Blueprint

How to REFLECT, RELEASE, AND REPLACE ideas based on Ellie Drake’s ‘Art of Attracting’

Our Mastermind group is currently ‘looking at’ the issue of counter-intention and how it relates to the Law of Attraction. Reflecting, releasing and replacing limiting beliefs is an integral aspect changing our money blueprint. The following is a series of exercises our grouo has found to be helpful.

Identify limiting belief

Release it – de-construct an old bridge

Replace it with a new belief – build a new bridge

REFLECT on what you are feeling

First embrace it. If you resist the feeling you are actually going deeper into the feeling and giving it more creative energy. Just embrace it by allows yourself to feel it – and be – without guilt

It is okay to feel like this and I am feeling like this now and I can reflect on it, release it, and replace it with a new feeling

In this way you are not fighting it and it does not become bigger than you. If I resist you I am going to help you build a stronger muscle. So you don’t want to push or resist it, embracing is powerful in this way. It takes trusting and letting go in that moment yet it is much more powerful than resisting.

Now that you have embraced you can start REFLECTING is to make one statement with a period at the end. “I am feeling this way because <whatever it is> PERIOD.” Say the word ‘Period’ emphatically.

The most important part of this section is that you want to allow yourself to answer yourself in an intuitive way. So, you can be conscious in that moment. If the words coming to you or the energy of the words coming to you in that statement is coming from your head your brain down through your face and out of your mouth, that is an analytical answer it is not going to count. Allow yourself to follow through on the breath that you have just taken and have the energy of the word come from your belly all the way up into your throat and into your mouth. That answer will be the correct reason why you are feeling the way you are feeling. That is the intuitive answer. So know you have the correct intuitive statement:

“I am feeling this way because <intuitive answer> PERIOD.”

Now you will say that intuitive statement then at the end say ‘Why?’. “I am feeling this way because <intuitive answer> PERIOD…<pause> Why?” The answer comes from your belly into your chest and out of your throat and mouth. You are breathing consciously this whole time.

You will ask again “Why?” The answer comes from your belly the fifth time, a last time and usually the last ‘Why’ has nothing to do with the beginning question because it was a pattern, a pattern that was re-excited and has nothing to do with your experience in this moment it has something to do with some old belief that you were still holding on to because you were not conscious.

RELEASE

How do you release. Take a deep prana yoga breath allowing yourself to get into the peace of your intuition and as you exhale this breath you will say “I am releasing this energy of <whatever you had identified in the last why from reflecting> resentment”. Take another deep breath lovingly and say I am releasing this energy of <same>… This exercise allows the subconscious mind to start loosing this energy pattern that you have been holding on to for so many years. Are you consciously going to feel ‘Wow’ it’s released and its gone? Not really, all those deep patterns are in the subconscious and since they are subconscious they are going to be subconsciously released. Continued trust in yourself will allow you to continue. Just let it go. It is done and you will do this every time anything like this comes up. It is an ongoing work of refining yourself. Don’t analyze this, just allow it to occur and move on. Do three breathe like this. If you are trusting you are releasing if you are testing you are getting deeper into that energy pattern.

REPLACE

This time take a deep breath in – take the energy of what you want in side of you. Take a deep breath and say ‘I am know replacing this energy with the energy of joy or acceptance’. In that moment you are raising your vibration. In that moment you are creating a new experience. In that moment your mind is experiencing a new experience. In that moment your brain is recording a new pattern and you can do this by trusting the process, being in the moment, and taking just a couple of minutes to nurture and give to yourself.

Example:

RELFECT

“I am feeling frustrated and depressed.”

“It is okay to feel frustrated and depressed and that is how I feel in this moment.”

“I am going to take a moment to reflect on this feeling, release it, and replace it with a new feeling.”

Yawn and then ‘sigh’, ‘ahhhhhhh’.

Take a deep prana yoga breath

“Why I am feeling frustrated and depressed?”

Feel the intuitive answer

“I am feeling frustrated and depressed because I have a problem with money PERIOD”

“Why?”

Feel the intuitive answer

“I am feeling frustrated and depressed because I feel like everyone around me has money and I’m the only one that doesn’t PERIOD”

“Why”

Feel the intuitive answer

“I am feeling frustrated and depressed because I feel like there is a glass wall between me and money”

“Why”

Feel the intuitive answer

“I am feeling frustrated and depressed because I feel like time is slipping away and I will never do, be, or have the things I desire”

“Why”

Feel the intuitive answer

“I am feeling frustrated and depressed because I’m lonely and separated, I’m afraid”— FEAR

Wait for intuitive answer

“Why”

RELEASE

Deep prana yoga breath in then out – “I am releasing this feeling of fear” – three times.

REPLACE

Deep prana yoga breath in – “I am replacing this feeling of fear with a feeling of joy” – three times. – and rub your heart and your belly in a circle at the same time…sign for IN JOY.

Now state the following:

I used to feel frustrated and depressed about money.

I feel joyful about money now.

I am always in the flow of money.

Money expands in my management.

I always have an abundance of money.

I have so much money I can put some of it away and never use it.

I am a resource of knowledge and opportunity.

I have a major role in global prosperity.

I embody prosperity in my own unique way in my own voice in my own professional manner.

I represent abundance and possibility.

I breathe easily when talking to people about money.

I trust myself therefore others trust me.

I trust myself to take care of all my needs and desires.

How Are You Branding You?

Make a Stand for Your Brand

The following passage is from Jon Gordon’s Weekly Newsletter that provides positive strategies to fuel your life and career.

Stand for Your Brand

What do you stand for? I was asked this question last week and several words came to mind: service, faith, family, action and positive energy. As I drove in my car I continued to think about what I stand for and what it means to stand for something. I thought of people like Nelson Mandela and Bono and what they stand for and what this says about them. I thought of the company Chick-Fil-A and how closing on Sunday’s speaks volumes about what they stand for. I thought about Starbucks and how providing health insurance to employees reflects what founder and CEO Howard Schultz stands for.

I thought of Honest Tea, a bottled tea that incorporates Honesty into everything they do. Honest Tea is not just a name. It’s a brand that is backed by words, purpose, energy and action. They use organic tea. They use all natural ingredients. They have a company policy against saying anything negative about their competition. They are part of the fair trade campaign. Their CEO, Seth Goldman, is a genuine, humble, nice and honest guy. Honest Tea stands for honesty. I like that.

It occurred to me that each person, organization and team has their own brand and what we stand for reflects and reinforces this brand. More importantly when we take action that is in alignment with what we stand for we strengthen and reinforce our brand and solidify what we stand for. When you stand for something you don’t just talk, you act. You don’t just have whimsical thoughts or weak beliefs about it, you have conviction. You don’t just go through the motions; you get engaged with purpose and passion. The energy of your brand is being projected every moment by what you think, say and do. This energy is then received by your customers, employees, and the world.

One of the most important exercises any person, organization and team can do is to ask the following questions:

1. What Do I Stand For? What Do We Stand For? Make a list of what you truly believe you stand for.

2. Do My/Our Actions Reflect What I/We Stand For? For example if you say you stand for great customer service but you don’t call your customer back in a timely manner or go above and beyond to address their concerns then you really don’t stand for great customer service. Evaluate your actions.

3. Make a Stand for Your Brand. Take action on the things you stand for. Right now, write down 3 actions that you can take that will reinforce what you stand for then take action on them.

4. Re-Evaluate Often. This will help you be aware of whether your actions are in alignment with your beliefs. There will always be discrepancies. No one is perfect. We all fall short. The key is to be aware and have a desire to improve. Tools like this newsletter are meant to help with the process.

Nighty-Night and The Law of Attraction

A short, easy and wonderfully effective exercise

Members of my Mastermind Group have introduced me to the writings and practices of Abraham-Hicks.  I have found this bedtime exercise a rewarding way to close out the day and I wanted to share it with my fellow Millionaire Minds.

Review your day and think of at least three successes and at least three things for which you are you are grateful.

It only takes a minute and blessing your day this way can completely shift your point of attraction.

This practice helps develop the habit of consistent gratitude.

Why is this process so powerful?

Thoughts are creative. Yet, most people go to bed without taking a single moment to deliberately choose the thoughts they prefer.

That lack of attention to what we think is what Abraham (www.abraham-hicks.com) calls being “sloppy” about how you vibrate.

Go to bed worried and you are creating/attracting more things to worry about.

Why not have your pre-sleep thoughts be those of accomplishment and appreciation?

Good, Good, Vibrations

Utilizing The Law of Attraction

The law of attraction states that you will attract into your life–whether wanted or unwanted–whatever you give your energy, focus, and attention to.

You are constantly giving off vibrations of energy when you think and feel. These vibrations can be picked up and received by other people. That’s why people say, “he has good vibes,” or “he gives off bad vibes.” You are constantly giving off vibrations — literally!

If you’re feeling excited, enthusiastic, passionate, happy, joyful, loving, appreciative, abundant, prosperous, relaxed and peaceful, you are giving off positive vibrations.

On the other hand, if you are feeling bored, anxious, worried, confused, sad, lonely, hurt, angry, resentful, guilty, disappointed, frustrated, overwhelmed, stressed out, or depressed, then you are giving off negative vibrations.

The law of attraction states that the universe responds to whatever you are offering — by giving you more of whatever you are vibrating. It doesn’t care whether it is good for you or not; it simply responds to your vibration.

If you saw the film The Secret, you saw this explained in great detail.

The problem is that most of the time, you are not aware of what vibration you are offering. You are simply responding to things outside of you–current events, the news, how people treat you, the stock market, how much money you are making, how your children are doing in school, whether or not your favorite sports team wins–and then having a feeling that is either positive or negative.

When you are simply responding unconsciously to what happens around you, you tend to stay “stuck” in your current condition. This is why most people’s lives never seem to change very much. They get stuck in a repeating cycle of recreating the same reality over and over by the vibration they are sending out.

It works like this… First you observe what you currently have and are currently receiving in your life. You call this your “reality.” You respond to what you observe with a feeling, positive or negative, which then gives off that vibration to the universe. The law of attraction then responds to this vibration and brings you more of what you were vibrating. This keeps the cycle going over and over, until you choose to change it through the exertion of your will. You are a victim of your lack of awareness of the law of attraction.

The Process of Intentional Creation

It is possible to get out of this vicious cycle and create what you want instead of continually recreating what you already have. It is a simple three step process that you can begin immediately.

If you’ve been implementing the action steps I coach you through in The KEY to Living the Law of Attraction, you have already begun this process.

Step 1: Identify what you truly desire & eliminate the negative

It is important to focus on what you want rather than what you don’t want. You must state it in the positive and filter out the words don’t, not and no. Remember, your mind works in pictures and if you say I don’t want to be mad, you are creating the picture and thus the vibration of being mad. You must create the opposite of what you don’t want.

Step 2: Raise your vibration level

Your job in stage two is to create a vibrational match for that which you say you want to have. How would you be feeling if you already had those things–the perfect job, the perfect relationship, the mount of money that you want to have?

Your job is to identify what makes you feel good and do more of it, then learn not to tolerate your negative feelings.

Affirmations are an important component in raising your vibrational level to what it is you want. Remember, the law of attraction does not respond to the words you use or the thoughts you think. It simply responds to how you feel about what you say and how you feel about what you think.

Step 3. Release it and allow it.

In this third step you simply release your affirmation, your vibration, and your feelings to the universe to take care of your “request” or “order” as I call it. But you have to abstain from any doubts. If you doubt you can have it in any way, then you are not allowing it. You are pushing it away and you end up with contradictory messages to the universe

It is only when the contradictory thoughts, talk, and images are removed that your desired results will manifest. The faster you remove your resistance, the faster your dreams can be realized.

Today, you have everything you never knew you wanted

The Unbearable Being of Rightness

No matter what you believe, you are always right.

The Universe and the Law of Attraction are always in perfect synchronicity with your inner most thoughts, feelings and desires.

If you believe you’re not good enough to be successful, you’re right.

If you believe you have to struggle and overwork to get ahead, you’re right.

THOUGHTS LEAD TO FEELINGS

This formula is the foundation of your personal money blueprint. Our live experience — what we have seen, heard and encountered, is part of the unconscious programming that “sets” our abundance level — what we “believe” is our destined level in Maslow’s hierarchy of need.

This diagram shows Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, represented as a pyramid with the more primitive needs at the bottom.



Our unconscious programming represents our deepest most closely held beliefs.

Beliefs — simply thoughts that you’ve had a longstanding habit of thinking — eventually become your reality.

Take a moment, really be with the thought that you are one hundred percent responsible for whatever reality you’re living right now and know that your ‘reality’ has been created by your beliefs (personal money bluebrint). What to know what you really believe? Look at every aspect of your life — it is the perfect reflection of what you believe at this moment in time.

Outgrown and outworn beliefs can be dropped at any time. Repeat some of the MMI release exercises. Pull out the 90-day Wealth Condition program you received as part of you Millionaire Mind Intensive and do the daily exersises

Most of us have an abundance of blessings in our lives. Take the time to really appreciate each. Your belief system manifested each and every one. You are Wonderful!

Nearly all of us also have things in our lives that we’d like to change. We created those too. Own them! Love them for the lessons they are.

When we truly acknowledge that we create it all, then we are ready to live “The Secret.” It’s the secret of who you really are: spirit, eternally creating, eternally evolving.

As spirit we have the innate power to create again and again— simply because we wish to.

Using Your Power to Choose Again

Steps to change an old belief

(1) Examine an aspect of your business or professional life that you don’t like, and scrutinize the beliefs that created the situation.

(2) Recognize that what you’ve manifested was predictable given the beliefs you’ve been holding.

(3) Choose a preferable belief. “I now choose to believe in my talents and ability to attract success.”

Even though you don’t own the belief yet — and you have no idea how or when you will own it — intentional verbalization begins to attract the energy of the new belief to you. If your declaration doesn’t ”feel right” adjust it. “I’m now willing to believe in my talents.” Feel the difference. That small bridge to a new belief launches your new manifestation. Believe in your ability. Use focused intention. You can’t manipulate the Law of Attraction by half-hearted wishing — the Universe always reads your vibration accurately.

You don’t need to struggle against your old beliefs (it’s a waste of effort). Just build your sense of possibility and optimism about the new beliefs you prefer.

WEALTH PRINCIPLE

If you want to change the fruits, you will first have to change the roots. If you want to change the visible, you must first change the invisible.
